New Website on Seveso II Directive

The British Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has launched a new website on the Seveso II Directive, tracking changes to EU Legislation that affects Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) businesses.

The Seveso Directive is the main piece of EU Legislation that deals specifically with the control of on-shore major accident hazards involving dangerous substances. It is implemented in Great Britain through the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations.
