Nigeria – 4 killed In Pipeline Explosion Rocks
Four residents of Odidi community in Delta State, a mother and her three daughters, on Tuesday died due to an oil spill.
Reports said they died after an explosion arising from fire outbreak following the oil spillage.
At press time, the body of the woman had been brought out, while the rescue workers were still searching for those of the daughters.
Odidi residents attributed the incident to neglect by the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC), and called for federal and state governments to save them from imminent extinction.
